Adding and managing additional users in your Help! account Print

Using the User management tool, you can invite other users to your Help! account to manage your invoices, hosting or domain names. 

You will have full control to manage their permissions or revoke access if need be. 

 

Rest assured, account owners will always have full permissions over a client account. 

 

To add another user to your Help! Account:

  1. Log into your help account and click the “Hello, user!” section on the top right of the page
  2. Select User Management 
  3. In the Invite New User section enter their email address
  4. Under the area where you added the additional users email, you can edit their permissions.
    Select All Permissions if you wish for them to have full access to your account
    Alternatively you can choose specific permissions by selecting Choose Permissions
    Note: we will provide recommendations for typical additional users below
  5. Click Send Invite

The new user will then receive an email with further steps on how they can get connected. 

 

To manage a current user in your Help! Account

  1. Head to the User Management section 
  2. Click Manage Permissions to change the current permissions in place 
  3. Select/deselect the permissions you wish to change
  4. Click save changes 

 

If you want to remove an additional user, head to the User Management section and click Remove Access.
