First log into your service with us.
- Head to Services > My Services
- Click on your hosting service with us
If you are connecting to our hosting using nameservers, under Hosting information you will see a nameservers section.
Note: if your domain name is registered with us at Help!, this guide will assist you in updating the nameservers for your domain name.
If you are connecting to our hosting using an A record or IP address, you can find your server IP address under the Hosting Details section.
